The Lenovo Legion Gaming smartphone is the next gaming phone to compete with the likes of Black Shark, ASUS ROG, Razer, and Nubia Red Magic. And with this one killer spec they’ve teased, they just might outdo the rest of em’. A Lenovo official posted on Weibo, a new poster with the premise of the 90W fast wired charging.
That’s a pretty significant increase in charging capabilities, with the fastest so far at a 65W fast wired charging with OPPO and Xiaomi’s Black Shark 3. 90W charging, to me, seems super insane because how fast will this bad boy really charge?
Another renowned leakster on Weibo also posted this poster, which essentially reaffirms the crazy charging capabilities.
Not much else is known about the phone at this point, but we can probably safely assume they’ll be sporting a large battery. Probably 5000mAh or above, either Snapdragon 865 or 865+ processors, depending on when they release the device, and a huge display with either a 90Hz or 120Hz refresh rate. That’s what I’m expecting, anyway.
If the rest of these specs do come to life, the Lenovo Legion gaming smartphone is sure to be overpowered. And keeping to Lenovo’s usual pricing strategy for their laptops and phones, we can expect a pretty decent price point for it. Though for now, there’s no telling on when they’ll be releasing the device, or what it’s actually packing. But let’s hope it’s a beast so it can compete with the big boys of gaming smartphones, and really be a competitor.
