Sony Mobile Malaysia has finally announced the date for the spectacular Xperia Z5 to be launched here in Malaysia. The worlds first 4K smartphone will be officially unveiled at a gala event here in KL on the 29th of October. As special preview, the local office has also opened up an invitation for lucky guests to attend the event and stand to chance amazing prizes including an Xperia Z5. The new flagship from Sony boasts to have the first 4K video camera (we can already think of a few uses for this), and by the look and what we have heard thus far, the premium device could qualify for the PC.com Best Smartphone for 2015 status. Sony is slowly building an ecosystem for the phones around their assets, mainly focusing on the entertainment and the audio visual technologies, evident on the Z5. It will be interesting to see if all three variants will be made available, but PC.com knows for now is that the Premium will definitely be one of them.
