XOX Mobile is on a roll as of late, as they’ve gotten double recognitions in the telecommunication industry to end an impressive run throughout 2019. This is thanks to XOX being awarded the Best Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) in the Star Rating Award 2018 organized by the Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) recently. The nominees were assessed on 4 main parameters which include consumer satisfaction, quality of service, network investment and compliance to Communications and Multimedia Act (CMA) 1998, with an emphasis on users’ satisfaction.

To add to that, XOX also debuted and won on our very own MVNO of The Year in the PC.com Best Product Awards 2019. Malaysians across the nation casted their votes online on our polls across over 20 categories, and XOX came out on top in the MVNO category. They distinguished themselves by allowing their BURNPROOF feature which honestly, is pretty cool.

This pretty much solidifies XOX in the telco game, especially as an MVNO as one of the biggests contenders in the industry with unique offerings.
