The Spirit of Kindness; ViewSonic Holds ColorPro Award Global Photography Contest

Are you into photography? Want to showcase the world your skills and talent in the field? Here’s your chance!

ViewSonic Corp., a leading global visual solutions provider, invited four creative industry leaders with many years of experience in providing creators with professional tools and services – Blurb, Shoot the Frame (STF), Tinyspace, and TourBox – to hold the ColorPro Global Photography Contest.

“Kindness” is the theme of the contest and all you need to do it submit photos from August 18 to 30 to show what kindness means to you. The top prize includes a ColorPro VP2785-2K professional display and a package of photography tools.

“With this contest, we seek to encourage people to explore stories and moments about kindness and share what kindness means to them through photographs. Our aim is to inspire creativity and identify the kindness that has always been within us, no matter the changes to the way we live,” said Oscar Lin, Head of the Monitor Business Unit at ViewSonic.


If you feel discouraged because you don’t have a fancy camera, fret not as the ColorPro Award fully respects artistic creativity, setting no limits on size, aspect ratio, style, or device so anyone can enter! It all depends on your own creativity.

Photo submissions will be evaluated based on 3 main aspects: (1) overall impression conveyed and emotion delivered; (2) originality, creativity, and storytelling; (3) technical aspects, such as lighting, exposure, colour, tone, and execution.
