Covid-19: MoH Reports Single Digit Cases Today

Today, the Ministry of Health have identified 9 new cases, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 9,249 cases, with 179 active cases as of August 21. The 9 new cases are broken down as 4 imported and 5 domestic.

13 new case have recovered, bringing the total of recovered cases to 8,945. This also brings Malaysia to a recovery case percentage of 96.71 percent.

There are currently 7 cases being treated in the ICU, with 4 cases on ventilation support.

The total number of deaths from the coronavirus stays the same at a total of 125.
