Malaysia’s first customisable digital mobile service, Yoodo, announced it will be increasing support for its users during the Movement Control Order (MCO) period.
As recently announced by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), Yoodo will also be providing all users with free 1GB of Internet data every day.
Yoodo’s free data offer started on 30 March and will last till 14 April 2020. There are no additional steps necessary, simply have an active Yoodo line and you’ll be able to enjoy the freebie.
On top of that free 1GB, users are also offered with free 1GB data every Monday, starting from 20 March until 27 April 2020, as per their recent announcement.
Head of Yoodo, Chow Tuck Mun, said, “We understand that these are trying times for all Malaysians, and we want to do all that we can to help our users”.
Apart from providing free delivery of SIMs via regular mail, Yoodo also announced a huge discount on express SIM card delivery.
New users can now get a Yoodo SIM card within 2 hours through express delivery at RM5 only, instead of the usual RM15. This offer is already in effect and will last till 30 April 2020.
These new announcements come on top of Yoodo’s recent 2nd year anniversary in business. The brand unveiled some exciting announcements and a rebranded logo.
Yoodo also announced new data add-ons for TikTok, Viu and Call of Duty: Mobile, therefore expanding their roster of add-ons to 14.
To further commemorate the occasion, Yoodo, upon users’ request, brought back the 20GB for RM20 promotion. It is now available for all users to claim.
