Spotify HiFi is Coming By This Year To Improve Your Music Experience!

For some people, music is something to release boredom when they’re in an idyllic state or when they are working on something.

Au contraire, some people listen to music and get immersed in it. For the latter type of person, music works beyond everything so they demand for a higher fidelity.

Following the footsteps of its competitors like Tidal and Amazon Music, Spotify is going to have their own adaptation of hi-fidelity music. Yesterday, the subscription music service announced a latest lossless streaming tier that lets listeners get the most from their digital music library.

The Spotify HiFi is soon to be available this year and shall deliver music in CD-quality, lossless audio format to your device and Spotify Connect-enabled speakers. This means fans can experience more deeply and clearer as they enjoy their favourite tracks.

Spotify has conducted test after test for a higher quality streaming back then and now we are about to see the updates we are waiting for. However, a disclaimer that it will be only available on selected markets.

The price is still unknown to date. The higher-quality streaming has apparently been among the top requests from its customers; as it stands today, Spotify tops out at 320kbps audio.

In 2019, Amazon has rolled out Amazon Music HD and the lossless plan costs $14.99 per month (or $12.99 for Prime customers). Another streaming service, Tidal is priced slightly higher at $19.99 monthly for the “Hi-Fi” plan.

The plan that goes by the name Tidal Masters can reach the high-resolution of 96 kHz / 24 bit audio. Apple Music, however still hasn’t come up with any plan for the Hi-Fi even with the worldwide popularity of AirPods.

Music is life and should always be celebrated. Listening to music can give you a kind of satisfaction that is exclusive to you only. Hence, Spotify having a hi-fi is a good initiative for
