Sony Adds to Wena Wrist Watch Lineup

Sony announced the Three Hands Square Wena Wrist hybrid watch, adding to the initial line up of Wena Wrist watches.

Sporting slimmer straps and a smaller, square shaped body, the Wena Wrist comes with leather strap or steel band options. The steel band carries LED indicator lights that are used to alert users to incoming notifications from their smartphones. The leather strap options will not have LED light integration.

The new Three Hands Square comes in 18mm, 20mm, and 22mm size options. Like its cousins in the lineup, the watch will be integrated with NFC capabilities, allowing for mobile payments and wireless charging.

The Three Hands Square watch with steel band will go on sale later this month, with the price tag of 10,380 yen (approx RM 400). The steel band will set you back 33,880 yen (approx RM 1300); while the leather option will cost you 8,380 yen (approx RM 320), and will only arrive in December. The watch is currently only available in Japan, with no news of whether it might enter other markets.
