Over the course of the last few months we’ve gotten leak after leak of the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 lineup. One of these leaks however, alluded to the fact that Samsung would be working only on two Galaxy Note 20 variants; the Galaxy Note 20 And Galaxy Note 20+. Of course, meaning the Galaxy Note 20 would be missing out on a ‘Ultra’ variant, akin to the Galaxy S20 lineup.
Latest evidence however points to the contrary. A new Bluetooth SIG certification first reported by MySmartPrice shows a device listed named the “Galaxy Note20 Ultra. However, there is some speculation to this considering that while the listing named the device the “Ultra”, the model number for it was SM-N986U. From previous rumours, this model number often was referred to as the Galaxy Note 20 Plus.
Maybe we could see Samsung changing the ‘Plus’ model devices naming conventions to the “Ultra”? Or this could mean Samsung are actually working on bringing three devices for the Galaxy Note 20 series. Either way, for now, this is what we know about the device.
New information from Max Weinbach, notorious Samsung tipster posted the following to Twitter:
108MP main, 12MP ultra wide, 13MP 4X periscope, laser auto focus
40MP front camera
in-display FP scanner, same as S20
S20 sized hole punch
Sub6 + mmWave 5G
Probably more I can't think of right now, but that all sounds about right.

Max has often been right when it comes to Samsung leaks, so the Bluetooth SIG certification plus this new information could see the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra come to life. For now though, none of this is confirmed so it should be taken as speculation. But at this point I can’t really pinpoint which information is accurate and which isn’t.
Let’s wait a bit more as the information trickles down as the Galaxy Note 20 lineup comes closer to the scheduled August release. If the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra does exist though, I shudder the thought of just how ginormous this thing is going to be.
