You Don’t Need an IG Boyfriend to Travel

Travelling solo has its pros and cons. One of the plus points for travelling alone is that you don’t need to wait for anyone or follow their schedule. The downside to that is there’s nobody to take your photos for you.

Sure, you can just take a selfie in front of that gigantic monument. But after a while, just seeing photos after photos of your mugshot on social media may just land you the“narcissist” label.

Instead of waiting around for someone to step up as your Instagram Boyfriend, take charge of your own travel photos with the Samsung Galaxy Note9. The Bluetooth-enabled S Pen has proven to be a worthy travel companion. It definitely won’t be a stick in the mud, unlike a real person who may experience mood swings.

A Gorillapod is useful

More than just a stylus for your phablet, the S Pen has just gotten mightier. Just prop your Galaxy Note9 or use a smartphone tripod to set the scene, whip out your S Pen and use it as a wireless trigger to snap your photo. You can be as far as 10 metres away, and still the click will register as your shutter button.

You can also use the S Pen button to switch cameras. Just double tap it and it will change from the front camera to the rear, and vice versa.

After all’s that done and dusted, you can browse your images in the gallery with the S Pen as well. Single tap to move forward, and double tap to go back to the previous image. This works great when you have a people looking over your shoulder to catch a glimpse of your Instagram-worthy “selfie”.
