Xiaomi drops wallet-friendly Redmi Note 7, Redmi 7 and Mi Smart Sensor Set

The wait is now over for the latest Xiaomi’s Redmi range of smartphones. Launching a day after its Chinese release, the Redmi Note 7 and Redmi 7 has arrived to Malaysian shores and they will be available for sale from 27th March 2019 onwards. Xiaomi also introduced its smart home range of products which includes Mi Home Security Camera 360° 1080P, Mi LED Smart Bulb and Mi Smart Sensor Set.

 

The latest flagship model, Redmi Note 7 is equipped with 48-megapixel + 5-megapixel rear dual camera in a 6.3″FHD Dot Drop display. The durable Corning Gorilla Glass 5 display gives you a peace of mind from drops and scratches. Running on Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 AIE SoC, you can be ensured that the Redmi Note 7 is built for high performance usage such as gaming or multitasking. With a long lasting battery life thanks to the 4,000mAh battery, the Redmi Note 7 will not let you down after a long day.

The Redmi Note 7 comes in three configurations:

  1. 3GB RAM + 32GB Internal: RM679
  2. 4GB RAM  + 64GB Internal: RM799
  3. 4GB RAM +128GB Internal: RM949

Available in Neptune Blue, Space Black and Nebula Red, the Redmi Note 7 comes with an 18-month warranty.

Launched together with the Redmi Note 7 is the Redmi 7 which comes in two configurations:

  1. 2GBRAM + 16GB Internal: RM499
  2. 3GBRAM + 32GB Internal: RM599

The Redmi 7 boasts a Snapdragon 632 processor in a 6.26″ display. Capture moments with its 12-megapixel f/2.2 + 2MP dual-camera and 8-megapixel front facing camera. The Redmi 7 has a dual-SIM smartphone with support for nano SIM as well as microSD card slot. Just like the Redmi Note 7, the Redmi 7 has a 4,000mAh battery which ensures long lasting usage.

Aeril Zafrel, a local model and actor is the new face of Redmi Note 7.
