What is on Your Search History?

Tracking users’ search history has always been a controversial issue concerning privacy in this internet-driven age. Now, Google Ads has a new app called AdWords. It does a lot of wonderful things for advertisers. One of which is combining search intent with targeting on an individual identity level. What this means is, if you search ‘how to kill a cockroach,’ then you might start seeing ads about bug repellant or exterminators.

Jimmy Fallon points out on his talk show that this might not be good news for most of us. And he shows us why by going to the street and asking random people to show their search history;
