unifi Partners Up To Bring unifi Travel Pass To Bolster Visit Malaysia 2020 Efforts

unifi is bolstering their efforts to offer seamless travel experiences for all inbound travellers to Malaysia, and as part of its brand promise to deliver #khabarbaik (good news) have announced their partnership to promote Visit Malaysia 2020 by teaming up with some strategic partners. This includes Tourism Malaysia, Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC), KL Tower, and online sales partners Klook and Fave.

The partnerships is a continuation of the recent collaboration between Tourism Malaysia and TM. The collaboration was inked in January, and makes TM the Strategic Telecommunication Partner for the Visit Malaysia 2020 campaign. As part of this collaboration, TM through unifi has introduced a special unifi mobile plan called unifi Travel Pass. What makes it unique is that it’s a prepaid SIM that is catered to foreign tourists to Malaysia with unlimited access to internet and other additional perks and treats to elevate their travel experience.

The partnership agreement was signed on behalf of TM by the Head of Marketing, Commercial, Lai Shu Wei, together with Chief Executive Officer of Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC), Sherene Azli; Chief Executive Officer of Menara Kuala Lumpur (KL Tower), Datuk Rozlan Mohamed; Marketing Lead for Klook in Malaysia, Emily Tan; and Managing Director of Fave, Datuk Jake Abdullah.

The unifi Travel Pass comes with two (2) validity period options:

7 Days Travel Pass at RM30
15 Days Travel Pass at RM60

Both come with unlimited data (4G LTE or 3G), unlimited access to more than 8,000 WiFi hotspots nationwide via ‘wifi@unifi’ and unlimited entertainment via the playTV@unifi app which offers digital streams of LIVE and on demand channels from local and international channels. It also comes with RM5 worth of airtime to make outgoing calls at RM0.20 per minute or send text messages at 0.10 per SMS.
