U Mobile has rolled out Device Care, a subscription service that allows customers to swap their devices across colours, brands and models within the same generation and retail price, regardless of condition or preference.

Introduced in partnership with bolttech Device Protection Malaysia, Device Care starts at RM4 per month and is available to U Postpaid and U Biz customers who purchase device bundles through U PayLater or U SaveMore. Subscribers may request up to two swaps per year via a 24/7 online service portal, with door-to-door collection and delivery provided. Fulfilment is available in as fast as six business hours within the Klang Valley, and all replacement devices come with a 12-month warranty.

As a launch offer, customers who subscribe within 30 days of their device bundle purchase will enjoy a fee waiver for the first three months.

Device Care can be subscribed at U Mobile stores, through the MyUMobile App or online via the U Mobile store.
