Chinese networking leader, TP Link’s foray into smarthphones which began last year with a range of devices like the Neffos X1 and X1 Lite unveiled at IFA has again taken the Berlin stage to unveil its new phone.

This year, a premium 5.5 inch N1 debuts, sporting a polished and refined design with the a 1080p resolution screen and a 4GB RAM topped with an 64GB of internal storage. Ports are pre requisite and the N1 comes with future ready USB Type-C connection. Neffos has included dual cameras on the back a first on its series a common practice for smartphones in the market. Evidently in terms of quality the ‘proof is in the pudding’,  X1 and X1 Lite both utilised Sony IMX sensor and the image output was not bad, however there is not much information for the N1.

Neffos played on the fastest boot up with its finger scan of just 0.2 second, will the same shout-out be made for the N1 or even quicker at 0.1 second, that will be amazing! Price will be a concern for the new brand, like most Chinese brands they start in the lower entry segment and slowly move up with higher grade and eventually reaching the premium status (case in point Huawei).

Hopefully this time TP Link does not take too long to bring the Neffos phone Malaysian shores.
