Congratulations are in order for TM again as they have once again bagged the coveted award, Telecom Service Provider of the Year at the recent 2017 Frost & Sullivan Malaysia Excellence Awards, making it the sixth time TM is being recognised with the accolade at the prestigious award ceremony.
At the same time, Tan Sri Zamzamzairani Mohd Isa, the outgoing Group Chief Executive Officer was presented with the coveted Outstanding Contribution to the Industry Award. This award is very exclusive as this was only the third time this award was given out in the last 13 years.

Commenting on his award, Tan Sri Zamzamzairani said that it was an honour to receive the recognition from Frost & Sullivan. ” I accept the award really on behalf of TM and the amazing group of employees who are the life and blood of TM. I am very grateful to have a strong team to support and stay the course with me for all these years. This really is a tribute to Warga TM nationwide, as without them, I wouldn’t be here. I would also like to give my appreciation to all our other stakeholders, and especially our customers. This award is really one of the highlights of my career,” he added later.
The 2017 Frost & Sullivan Malaysia Excellence Awards recognises companies for demonstrating outstanding achievements and superior performance in areas such as leadership, technological innovation, customer service and strategic product development.
