Some of you might or might not know regarding the Apple iPhone 6 and 6 Plus defects in which, according to the AppleInsider, Apple has refused to repair or fix the phones without charging consumers $300 to replace their phones with new ones. What happen was, some iPhone 6 and 6 Plus have this defect where the screen on the top side of the phone has a grey band that flickers just below the speaker and might manifest further, making the phone unresponsive.

Apple are aware of this defect but refuse to claim awareness of this defect to customers before selling its products, which made 3 plaintiffs to sue Apple over the iPhone “Touch Disease” issue.

They blame Apple of fraud, negligent misrepresentation, unjust enrichment and breach of implied warranty.

Some stores have advised that a replacement of the chipset would not fix the problem and a replacement of the whole unit is the solution.
