Samsung Unveils AI-Powered Interactive Display At Bett 2025

Samsung Electronics Co Ltd has introduced its AI-powered Interactive Display (WAFX-P model) at Bett 2025, Europe’s largest education technology exhibition. The new display integrates Samsung AI Assistant, offering advanced features designed to create more engaging and collaborative learning environments.

“Samsung envisions a future where every classroom benefits from the transformative power of AI. By integrating advanced tools like generative AI and real-time transcription into our classroom displays with Samsung AI Assistant, we are not just enhancing learning — we are revolutionising it,” said Hoon Chung, Executive Vice President of the Visual Display Business at Samsung Electronics.

The Samsung AI Assistant is designed to support educators with intelligent tools such as Circle to Search, which delivers instant search results from trusted sources, AI Summary for automatic lesson recaps, and Live Transcript, which converts spoken words into text in real time.

Samsung is also expanding its AI capabilities through partnerships with global AI firms. In collaboration with Google, the WAFX-P display is Google EDLA-certified, providing seamless access to Google Classroom and Google Drive, further enriching the digital learning experience.

The WAFX-P comes in 65”, 75”, and 86” sizes, powered by an octa-core CPU with 16GB RAM and 128GB SSD storage. It features a neural processing unit (NPU) capable of 4.8 trillion operations per second, along with a built-in 4K camera, microphone, and 20-watt speaker to support video conferencing and collaborative learning.

Samsung has committed to supporting its previous-generation displays, ensuring that the 2024 WAF series remains compatible with the latest AI-driven functionalities.
