The Nike Mag, the self-lacing show first shown in 2015 was never expected to see mass production and was reduced to a pipe dream for many fans of the 80’s pop culture. However, sharp eyed news bloggers spotted the comments on Nike’s quarterly earnings report which revealed plans for an “Adaptive performance basketball shoes in 2019 priced at US$350 (approx. RM1500)
Too bad they wont be available for this Xmas, guess we will have to wait till Q2 to have a chance, but looking at trend and demand for specialty sneakers its unlikely they will even make it to Malaysia.
