Is it a week in the tech world without a leaked render? I think not! That being said, the Samsung Galaxy S11 is only expected to be released in February next year but thanks to reputable leakster @onleaks, we have our first real look at what the phone could look like come February.
Based on the renders, which are apparently based on a “very reliable and first level industry source,”, it looks like the S11 is in for a rather radical aesthetic change. But only radical in the sense that it now kind of looks like the Note 10.

The most noticeable change is the camera set up. Samsung seems to have done away with the horizontal camera layout on the centre of the S10 in favour of a off-centre vertical camera layout on the left side of the phone. If you look closely at the camera module, you will notice two rows of cameras with what looks like five separate lenses and an LED flash.
If these renders turn out to be accurate, this will undoubtedly mean that users will have more options to play around with when taking photos. It has also been speculated that the S11 will come with a 108 MP main camera sensor, first seen on the Xiaomi Mi Note 10, as well as 8K video recording.
On the front of the device, the phone loses it’s off-centre punch hole selfie camera in favour of a central Note 10 like setup (it was a bit weird taking selfies with the S10 due to this). Besides that, the display on the phone looks a lot more curvier, which seems to be the trend with phones these days. The screen to body ratio also looks like it has increased with such minimal side bezels. If prior leaks are to be believed, the S11 will come with a 6.7-inch 120Hz AMOLED panel, which you can bet will surely result in a bigger battery.
Sadly for all you 3.5mm audio jack fans out there, it looks like Samsung is well and truly done with the audio jack. It first went missing on the Note 10, but it seems to be well and truly buried, with no signs of a headphone jack on the S11 renders. At least we get the power and volume buttons back on the right side though.
Its worth noting that even though @Onleaks is a reputable leaker, it’s still early days so the final product could look very different from these renders. Stay tuned for updates.
