While the Month of Ramadhan is now in full swing, a time of reflection and tranquility, Boost is doubling-down; specifically, its cashless educational roadshow.

From the very first day of the fasting month, Boost has put together a multi-prong cashless education roadshow; unlike previous efforts, they are now at various Ramadhan Bazaars. The locations, in addition to those in the Klang Valley, include:

• Hot spots in Selangor/KL:

As the Boost Teams educate various visitors to these Ramadhan bazaars, one the hot-spot locations had a surprising encounter; of all things, it managed to attract an unexpected visitor.

Newly appointed Deputy Prime Minister (DPM) of Malaysia, Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah, dropped by one of the Boost’s booth; of course, this is while she is doing the daily round of shopping at the Pandan Indah Ramadhan Bazaar.

The new DPM quickly learnt the wonders of going cashless and, as a result, how it’s very beneficial for all. As expected, she quickly grasp the concept and shared how she’d like to explore the platform further.
