The Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ are heading to Malaysia pretty soon, if the deluge of pre-order offers are to be used as a yardstick. The phones will be retailing for RM 3,299 and RM 3,699 respectively, and the phones will be available for pre-order directly from Samsung Malaysia. However, they are not the only one offering the phone to the public. From telcos to shopping sites, we list down the offers that are being, well, offered to the Malaysian customers.
The big four telcos in Malaysia are teasing the new Samsung flagship on their websites, and all of them are promoting 11 April 2017 as their pre-order date.

As of posting time, neither of the telcos has shared their plans, but we will be updating the page with updated plans for the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+.

Not wanting to be left out, online retailers 11Street and Lazada are also on the pre-order bandwagon, as they too have dedicated page for the pre-order of Samsung’s flagship.

What is also surprising is the Yes4G is joining in the pre-order festivities as they will be offering the new flagship on their Yes Online store on the 11th of April.

It is expected that all of the offers will be providing the pre-orders with the Limited Edition Starter Kit that consists of a clear cover, a screen protector, a wireless charger stand, and a USB Type-C cable for a seamless mobile set up. Adding on to the rewards, Samsung is also giving away a 5,100mAh battery pack that promises to give users an extra fuss-free battery boost for added convenience. Plus, the Samsung Care Plus package will be offered for each pre-order as well. This package covers electrical and mechanical breakdowns, accidental damage, and offers an additional one-year extended warranty. On top of that, there is also a one-year screen crack protection that allows for one time replacement for accidental damage claim. All of these are worth RM 900 as a package. You have to be quick however as the telcos will only offer this to the first few that pre-order with them.
