Play PUBG Anywhere in China

With all the success PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) has gotten ever since its release, it’s still in Steam’s Early Access phase and will soon be available in China as well. Popular investment and game development, Tencent is in talks with Bluehole on a mobile version of the popular battle arena game.

PUBG will still retain the game’s core elements in terms of gameplay and structure. It will just be made for a significantly smaller screen and with touch controls instead of a keyboard and mouse combination.

Aside from the mobile version, Tencent will also be the official publisher of PUBG on the PC in China exclusively. There is no word as to whether PC and mobile gamers will be able to cross platforms with one another thought that seems almost unlikely to happen.
