The Marvel cinematic universe is not only home to some of the most powerful superheroes around, but also some of the most accomplished actors in the world of show business. With the extension of the universe into the small screen, that long list of industry legends who’ve signed on was inevitably only going to get longer. Today, we’ve been blessed with the news that the face of one of the internets favourite memes, a certain Owen Wilson, is joining the family.

The veteran actor is all set to join Tom Hiddleston and be cast in Disney+ upcoming series Loki, which is pencilled in for a spring 2021 (around March) release. As is most Marvel productions, it will be produced by Kevin Feige, so you can expect the show to be at least half decent at the very worst. No news yet on what role Wilson will be playing but some fans are speculating that he could be Adam Warlock. (That dude in the after credits scene of Guardians of the Galaxy 2 who was supposed to play a big role in the infinity war arc but the MCU went with a different direction ugh i’m still so bitter about that!!!)

With Wilson part of the cast and sources indicating that Rick and Morty producer Michael Waldron will write for the show, there’s a high chance the series is going to be hella funny. With it being a whole year before the series is set to debut, here’s two minutes of Owen Wilson saying wow in the many different characters he’s played across his career. Wow :’)
