OnePlus 6 Comes to Malaysia on 10th June, Priced From RM2,399

If you’ve been waiting for the OnePlus 6, that wait is now near an end. Mi Han, OnePlus’ sole authorized distributor in Malaysia, announces the availability of the OnePlus 6 in Malaysia.

The OnePlus 6 runs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. It also snaps photos at 16+20MP on its dual camera system. Moreover, the smartphone only takes half-an-hour to for a day’s worth of charge with Dash Charge, and is resistant to water.

The OnePlus 6 comes in Mirror Black, Midnight Black, and Silk White colours. The flagship also features Gorilla Glass 5 on its front and back to emphasise strength and durability.

One Plus 6’s new 19:9 6.28-inch Optic AMOLED full screen display keeps similar dimensions to its predecessor. Users can also choose from five different display modes with sRGB and DCI-P3 color calibrations. The display modes assist for occasions like reading, night-time browsing, and more. Furthermore, it uses gesture controls for easier navigation.

Aside from that, the OnePlus 6 sports a USB-C Port and headphone jack. Its rear-mounted fingerprint scanner also couples with Face Unlock for swift unlocking.

Additional features of OnePlus 6’s camera include 4K video capability at 60 frames per second. There is also slow-motion video at 240 frames per second (1080p) resolution or 480 frames per second (720p resolution). A new video editor comes with the phone, where users can also add effects like slow motion, reverse, and loop.

The smartphone runs on OxygenOS, based on Android Oreo. Its Alert Slider now has three toggles: Ring, Vibrate, and Silent.
