We’ve come far with technology. Back then, the only light source(s) we have was the sun during the day and fire during the night and now, we’re on our way to have flying cars. What?!
Technology has made our lives easier but that’s not always the case. There are times where technology have failed us. Whatever it is, whatever the device, there will be times where technology have made our lives not so easy. I asked netizens to share me their funny technology fails so here they are:
Submitted on Facebook, this girl shared her story how her attempt of heating up a muffin didn’t go so well. The muffin came out melting or like “the poison apple from the cauldron in Snow White” as she described it. The worst part is, the story still follows her wherever she goes. God bless her heart.
Don’t Jump To Conclusions
This was actually submitted by a friend of mine where she thought her phone was broken but turns out, her battery just died. Okay, girl, first of all, did you know not try charging your phone first? Actually she did but she panicked after it didn’t turn on the second she started charging (really?) and that’s not the funny part. She actually went to the store to get it fixed and that’s where and how she found out that there was actually nothing wrong with her phone. It just simply ran out of battery.
The Haunted Computer Screen
Another submission from a friend is when she and a classmate of ours were setting the class computer up. Everything was normal but then the webpage started scrolling on its own. One of them was freaking out but as it turns out, the mouse for the computer was broken. They found that out after seeing someone else using the desktop so this actually has happened a few times, but it’s their first time so HAHAHA!
Final Destination
Story of my own now. Back in my diploma years, me and 2 other guys were in a lift on our down when it suddenly stopped. The 2 guys tried opening the door to see if there was a big enough space for us to get out. The lift got stuck half way down so there was a big enough opening (like in the photo below) for us to climb out.
But that didn’t happen. Once we saw the opening, all of us looked at each other and it’s like we were mentally linked, thinking of the same thing; Final Destination. So what did we do? Close the door back up and wait for help to arrive because nope, not risking our bodies and heads.
Have you guys experienced any technology fails? Want your stories to be featured coming posts? Share them in the comments or on any of our social media! We’d love to hear them!
