[#MWC17] The indestructible is back: Nokia 3,5,6 and the 3310


The much anticipated Nokia release is here and yes we have news of the infamous 3310.

As we have so much to cover, let’s give you a few main points to start with:

  • Nokia 6 was already released in China. It will be now globally available.
  • The 3310 has Snake.
  • All phones run on Android Nougat (minus 3310).
  • All phones bar the 3310 will have Google Assistant, latest Google services, as well as monthly security updates.
  • Nokia puts a lot of focus on safe, secure and up-to-date.
  • Everything will be available globally in Q2, 2017 in APAC, India, Middle East, Africa and Europe.
  • All phones launched will be available in single SIM and dual SIM variants.
  • The 3310 is absolutely adorable.

Now for more on each individual phones.

Nokia 6 is designed for delivering performance and immersive entertainment. It comes with a 5.5” full HD screen with smart audio amplifier with dual speakers with Dolby Atmos sound brings immersive audio. The unibody of the Nokia 6 is crafted from a single block of 6000 series aluminium. Available in four colours – Matte Black, Silver, Tempered Blue and Copper. Nokia 6 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 430, and will retail at an average global retail price of €229 (approx. RM 1075).

Nokia 6 also come in Arte Black Limited Edition. With 64GB storage and 4GB RAM, this special edition combines the best of the Nokia 6 family in a black high gloss finish. The limited edition will retail at an average global retail price of €299 (approx. RM 1405).

 

Nokia 5 is designed to fit in your hand, with an aluminium body similar to its larger sibling and sports a Corning Gorilla Glass laminated 5.2” IPS HD display. At the core is Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 mobile platform and the Qualcomm Adreno 505 graphics processor. Available in four colours – Matte Black, Silver, Tempered Blue and Copper. The Nokia 5 will retail at an average global retail price of €189 (approx. RM 890).

 

 

Nokia 3 is designed to be affordable and functional. Again, with an aluminium body, and Corning Gorilla Glass laminated 5” display. It is fitted with 8MP wide aperture cameras (front and back). Available in four colours – Silver White, Matte Black, Tempered Blue and Copper White. The Nokia 3 will retail at an average global retail price of €139 (approx. RM655).

 

 

Finally, the one everyone is waiting for – the 3310. It’s a modern twist on the classic, with 22-hour talk-time and month long stand-by. Oh and its got snake. The Nokia 3310 is available in four colours – Warm Red and Yellow, both with a gloss finish, and Dark Blue and Grey both with a matte finish. The Nokia 3310 will retail at an average global retail price of €49 (approx. RM 230).
