First, the flagship looks to be the z series, with models being the Moto z Play and the Moto z Force. With a tagline “Unlimited Capabilities”, it seems that the z series may be continuing with the Moto Mod capabilities, adding new features to the phone as and when it is needed. The x is back, with the Moto x. It looks to be the special model, as the listing on the x looks to feature tech such as 3D glasses and the Smart Cam. What is the latter – we have to wait and see. At the middle we see the Moto g series, with the Moto gS and Moto gS+ in the list. The latter seems to be the fun model thanks to the dual camera on the features list.
Next, the Moto e series, with the Moto e and the Moto e plus in the list. The two models will have HD screens, with the latter having a large, 5000mAh battery. Bringing up the rear is the Moto c series, with Moto c and Moto c plus making the lineup.
Of course all the features and names are not final until we see it on a production box, but this will be something interesting as the company sets to consolidate their models into a singular brand language and identity.
