Google is reacting to the barrage of reports sites with negative news and how the continue to receive advertisements due to how the algorithms for the search engine work.
In its latest ad policy change, the search giant is introducing new technology for policy violations where in the past all advertisements are removed from a publishers site but now Google can just identify content page that violates and remove the ads while leaving the rest of the pages on the site intact. But if the publisher continues to flaunt the rules there will be a possibility for a complete suspension from AdSense placing ads on that site.
For more clarity, Google is also setting up a policy centre as a one stop shop for publishers to know everything about policy rolled out. It serves to inform AdSense publishers on why policy actions were taken on them including page level action data so that they can quickly find ways to resolve these issues across their sites.
