When it comes to smartphone use, the most common gripe customers complain is lack of battery. How often you have seen your friends or even yourself carrying a battery pack to keep you going for the whole day. Whats the point of having the best display, amazing processors, sleek design if you can’t use it after 8 hours or less? All these narratives leads to the latest launch by Leagoo, who also brought the local market with Elite 1 (reviewed by PC.com last year). These guys have broken the mold with the all new flagship Leagoo Shark 1. With exceptional long lasting battery life and large screen display, this device differentiate itself from the overly noisy offering from most other vendors. Signing on local artist Zul Afriffin, the Shark 1 is ready to swim with other fishes in grabbing a piece of the sizeable mid-tier market.

As for the phone itself, consumers will see that the battery capacity is a whopping 6,300 mAh Lithium Polymer, which allow this device to last for 45 days of standby time. If you’re a FOMO type, it can last up to 3.5 days and 2 days for real video binging user.(although PC.com have yet to verify these claims). 

To support such a large capacity battery the phone has to be big and it does not fail in real estate, at 6″ the device is rather slim at a mere 8.5 mm which the product owners plan to have included in Guinness World Record for being the slimmest in its category. So how long you have to wait to have a large battery like this charged, apparently not long according Leagoo representatives, with Pump Express Flash Charge technology, a 30 minute charging period is enough for a full day usage and there is also this unique reverse charge that accommodates up to 2 other device at the same time.

All the notable bells and whistles can be found on the Shark 1, including a 4th Generation Corning Glass, micros SD slot, a Sony 13MP rear camera with F/2.0 lens and 5MP front camera with front LED flash. Internals are supported with 64-bit Octa Core processor, 3GB RAM and 6GB ROM encased in a metal unibody design that operates on an Android Lollipop operating system.
