The Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development (KPWKM), through the Women’s Development Department (JPW), has announced the launch of the Program Perantisan Kepimpinan Wanita (PERANTIS) 2025, aimed at empowering women’s leadership through mentorship from successful female role models.

This programme is designed to support selected female leaders by providing them with grants to run leadership development initiatives. The aim is to boost women’s competencies across various sectors, enabling them to take on leadership roles and contribute significantly to society.
