Huawei MatePad Pro 5G, A Stay At Home Companion for RM3299

While the prospect of 5G technology is still a big question mark in Malaysia, company’s are not holding back in introducing products that run on the next mobile evolution. Huawei Malaysia which has been in the forefront until Covid-19 knocked it of course, has just launched a new 5G tablet.

The Huawei MatePad Pro 5G is set to debut amidst the recovery phase in country promising a welfare of features that is bound to grab the attention of tech lovers in the country. Priced at RM3299, the 8GB MatePad Pro 5G comes in a unique design that occupies a wider screen real estate with its FullView display, this gives its user maximum viewing capability when working on the device. It apparently has the world’s highest tablet screen-to-body ratio, at 90 per cent, and being extremely slim at just 4.9mm.

Being 5G means its fast, making use the latest Kirin 990 5G SoC chipset the tablet is able to maintain stability and give the performance its demanded of at anytime, anywhere. Overall function meets feel, the 10.8-inch 16:10 display makes up for the value and its micro-curved design looks pleasing to the eye.

Huawei MatePad Pro 5G utilises a unibody design where antennas are embedded into the middle frame and back panel for a clean and minimalist look. For the enthusiast you will need to wait till 26 June for nationwide availability.
