
For the first half of 2016, Huawei announces that their business results have generated sales revenue of CNY245.5 billion, which is an increase of 40% compared to the same period last year – with the company’s operating margin settling on 12%.
Sabrina Meng, Huawei’s chief financial officer says: “Apart from our steady growth across all three of our business groups, we are confident that Huawei will maintain its current momentum and round out the full year in a positive financial position backed by sound ongoing operations.”
Huawei’s enterprise business is indeed on a fast development track by continuing to develop open systems and driving collaboration with customers and partners for joint innovation. But apart from that, the company’s consumer business also manages to maintain a steady growth, globally.
In terms of the carrier business, Huawei is innovating to support telecom operators’ digital transformation across four core areas, which are business, operations, architecture, agriculture and networks.
Looking ahead, Huawei aims to remain customer-centric and adhere to its pipe strategy while continuing to make significant investments in research and development to achieve technological breakthroughs.
