The FIFA World Cup 2018 ramps up next month. As such, Hisense hopes to elevate the experience of Malaysian football fans with new TV models; specifically, Hisense launches FIFA World Cup 2018 TVs entries, the U9A, U7A, and UHD Smart Laser TV.
First up, the Hisense U9A ULED TV. Packing a 75″ screen that supports native 4K resolution, it sports a Prime Array Backlight system that gives accurate control over the brightness management. Also present is the Ultra Motion Plus, a feature that captures fast-moving images and give clarity when watching football. Additional features include 2.5G and 5G Wi-Fi, VIDAA U Smart TV, HDR Supreme 2500-nit Peaking Brightness, Cinema Sound, and Sports Mode.
As for the Hisense U7A ULED TV, it comes with a bezel-less 65″ screen that is packed into a super-slim chassis design. It uses an Elite Backlight system, ensuring proper contrast delivery through local dimming and precision brightness technologies. The panel also comes with 4K HDR capabilities, seamless remote app support, Ultra Motion, and, of course, Sports Mode.
Lastly, but most importantly, the UHD Smart Laser TV. This is Hisense’s top-tier premium display for those who want to watch the World Cup on giant screens. The screen extends to 100″ and supports 4K UHD resolution. For content that isn’t 4K by default, there is an upscaling engine that will convert all inputs to UHD format. It also doesn’t use a base as it instead hangs on walls. This, of course, means it is pushing for a wire-free look. It makes use of laser technology to project brighter and better colours onto the screen. On top of the progressive features like Smooth Motion Plus and Ultra Motion, it also features a Harman Kardon sound system, TV tuner, Wi-Fi connectivity, Wireless External Sub-Woofer, and Dual Laser Phosphor Colour Filters.
“We saw great responses to our televisions last year and will continue to bring Malaysians the best HD experience this year,” says Andy Huang Yuan Xin, Managing Director of Hisense Malaysia. “To get fans immersed in the game, our ULED TVs offer outstanding picture quality and sound.”
The Hisense 75″ U9A launches in Malaysia at a retail price of RM19,999. Meanwhile, the Hisense 65″ U7A sells at RM6,999 and is now available as well. As for the Hisense 100″ 4K UHD Smart Laser TV, pre-orders can must be direct from Hisense; it is retailing at RM39,999.
