For those travelling to the airport via local rode hailing service provider Grab can bask in luxury at the airport lounges while waiting for the next flight. Usually reserved for specialty credit card holders or business travelers, the airport lounge is seen as an exclusive pad limited just a few, while the access is not entirely free, Grab has some interesting deals for its users.

Grab Platinum and Gold members traveling in Malaysia and across the region have the privilege to access close to 70 lounges in major airports including KLIA with discounts of up to 55%. Plaza  Premium charges anything between RM150-200. Grab users however will be offered special rates starting from RM80 for Platinum user, RM100 for Gold and RM130 for Silver to use the facilities in the airports across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Kota Kinabalu, Langkawi and Kuching.

Apart from the lounges, the company has also signed up more than 150 partners in airports across Southeast Asia giving its users preferential discounts up to 20% at selected F&B outlets like Fight Club (Satellite building), The Chicken Rice Chop, Burger King and Popeyes at KLIA.
