With more Grab drop-off and pick-up points sprouting up around the malls in Klang Valley, Sunway Pyramid now houses the first Grab Lounge.

The lounge will act as a means to ease traffic woes during peak hours. There will also be dedicated waiting spaces for vehicles that are dropping off and picking up passengers. One great feature of the lounge is its booking kiosks, which allows passengers without a Grab account to book for a ride. It also works for tourists as well who do not have the app but has  a working phone number.

With Sunway Pyramid being the first of many, Grab plans to introduce its Grab Lounge to the other malls that are owned under the Sunway Group umbrella.
