Some of you might have noticed that the Google Play Store has a new skin with simplified tab-based interface. We checked ours but it seems they’re not updated yet. But it won’t take too long before the redesigned Play Store is available for everyone to use.
Kirill Grouchnikov, Google UI engineer, recently offered a sneak peek at what the new Play Store would look like. It seems the newer version of the app store would have two primary tabs labelled ‘Apps & Games’ and ‘Entertainment’.
It is a cleaner, more organised interface compared to the one many are still using, which puts movies, games, TV, music and books all in the front page. Once you receive the update, let us know what you think about Google Play Store’s new look.
