“Where’s Waldo?”
Anyone remembers this? Waldo was a fictional cartoon character created by Martin Handford for a British puzzle book for children. The aim was to find Waldo hidden among the deeply drawn illustrations in his adventure on a world wide hike. Google is always finding ways to amuse its users and bring fun into its services, last month in conjunction with Mario Day, Google Maps had Mario navigate around the streets, this time for April Fools day, the search giant is placing Waldo in various location on the maps.
Users on Android or iOS can download or update maps and start playing, Waldo will share his location and once he’s found he will take you to more exciting places where you can start all over again. Just like any other games, players can win wacky badges throughout their journey, however Waldo is not alone he’s brought along other characters along, Woof, Wenda, Wizard Whitebeard, and Odlaw.
