GoPro has added a more affordable range to its Hero family with this time targetting younger target audience base, the go-anywhere Hero with Quick Stories allows users to take videos or pictures often found cumbersome with smartphones.

The new Hero priced at US$199 instead of the premium model Hero 6 which costs US$399, it sports a 2-inch touch display, is waterproof to 30 feet and has all the hallmarks of a GoPro durability.

Pictures can be easily transferred to the app which than can be viewed over the smartphone and shared immediately, eliminating the need to plug into a PC or slotting SD cards as it would be with a conventional camera.

Top features include, HD video recording, 10Mp camera, 2 inch touch display, voice control, waterproof, video stabilisation and over 30 mountable accessories.
