Live broadcasting can now be done for Facebook from the comfort of your desktop. The social network giant  has released its desktop version, giving millions of users the tool to use the steady cam of the their laptop or desktop and broadcast live moments to their friends.

Benefits of desktop versus mobile can be many, for instance Q&As, vlogs, tutorials, these will be long form videos that require stable connection and steady camera position. Shown on the picture above, the user plays PC game while sharing and video chatting with his friends, a concept service providers like Twitch is currently offering. Could this affect Twitch, would millions turn to Facebook Live instead of gaming live streamers, we shall soon see.
