Epson has been working with demanding photographers for decades meeting their stringent demands to reproduce their work for gallery presentation, and the printer company has more than often exceeded this call. In its pursuit to continue satisfying the niche, Epson Malaysia will be launching a new 17-inch SureColor SC-P5000 printer, designed to meet the needs of the proofing, fine art and photography applications. This completes the full suite of print sizes from A4 to 64-inch, completing its line-up of the P-series printers.
The new model comes incorporates the latest in ink technology, the new Ultrachrome HDX ink which brings an expanded colour gamut giving prints a near perfect colour matching of 99% accuracy. It prints at a high-resolution of 2880 x 1440dpi and is not only useful for photographers but offers as a proofing options for the creative industry and advertising agencies.
