E3 is happening in just five days, starting from 12th to 14th June 2018. As Sega and Atlus will attend the gaming expo, the companies share with the public what to expect from the show floor, as well as potential surprises.
Four known playable titles will be on the show floor. Those interested can try out Shining Resonance Refrain, Team Sonic Racing, Valkyria Chronicles 4, and Yakuza: Kiwami 2.
Sega adds that E3 visitors can also try out two unannounced titles. There’s a good chance these are the Persona 3: Dancing Moon Night and Persona 5: Dancing Star Night dancing games.
The historical title Total War: Three Kingdoms will also be at E3, but not in playable form.
Aside from that, Atlus will debut some new footage of Catherine: Full Body. The game is an enhanced port of the 2011 puzzle-thriller for the PlayStation 4. It includes a brand new story segment surrounding a new and mysterious love interest for Vincent, named Rin.
Naoto Hirotaka, President and CEO of Atlus USA says, “During the past year, we’ve seen a strong response from fans to key western releases in the Yakuza series and have heard their voices for more Valkyria Chronicles. As part of the wealth of IP owned by Sega, it is our pleasure to bring Yakuza: Kiwami 2 and Valkyria Chronicles 4 to fans at the show.”
Hirotaka also adds that this E3 represents an important moment for Atlus as it nears its fifth year since merging with Sega.
Sega will host live streams for you to keep up with throughout E3 2018. You can watch them on Twitch, YouTube, and also Facebook.
