If you’re like me, you might have grown up with a Playstation or two. For me, it was the PS1 and PS2 and I played a lot of Crash Bandicoot on them. The racing games were particularly fun, and it just brings a sense of nostalgia with it.

Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled (CTRNF) is now available for PS4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One. Not only that, but on 3rd July Grand Prix starts in game which brings free downloadable seasonal content for purchasers of the game. This will include new themed tracks, themed characters, karts and other items every season.

The game is built from the ground up and remasters the original Crash Team Racing game by bringing the characters, karts, tracks and arenas to modern console HD graphics. Which I’m sure, will just bring the same memories as when I first played the game.

In game, stakes are high and the competition is fierce as players race with a variety of Crash Bandicoot series characters. Including of course, Crash, Coco, Dr. Neo Cortex and others against the egomaniacal Nitros Oxide to save our planet from destruction.

In CTRNF, fans will be able to see Crash and friends’ antics in beautiful fur-k (4K) detail as they blast each other with power-ups and whiz around the corners in all the tracks from the original CTR game, as well as re-imagined tracks and karts from Crash Nitro Kart. What’s more, the kart racer debuts competitive online gameplay just in time to celebrate its 20th anniversary.
