Covid-19: MoH Reports Over 300 Cases

The Ministry of Health have identified 375 new cases, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 14, 368 cases, with 3, 703 active cases as of October 8. The 375 new cases are broken down as 4 imported and 371 domestic.

18 new case have recovered, bringing the total of recovered cases to 10, 519. This also brings Malaysia to a recovery case percentage of 73.21 percent.

There are currently 60 cases being treated in the ICU, with 20 cases on ventilation support.

The total number of deaths from the coronavirus increases by 5 to total of 146.
