Covid-19: MoH Reports Double Digit Cases Today

Today, the Ministry of Health have identified 12 new cases, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 8,976 cases, with 207 active cases as of July 31.

5 of the 12 new cases are imported, with 7 cases being local transmission cases.

27 new cases have recovered, bringing the total of recovered cases to 8,644. This also brings Malaysia to a recovery case percentage of 96.30% percent.

There are now currently 3 cases being treated in the ICU, with 1 case on ventilation support.

The MoH have also reported 1 new death as of July 31, keeping Malaysia’s death toll at 125.
