Covid-19: MoH Reports Double Digit Case Today

Today, the Ministry of Health have identified 21 new cases, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 9,023 cases, with 196 active cases as of August 5. The 21 new cases are broken down as 15 imported and 6 domestic.

18 new case have recovered, bringing the total of recovered cases to 8,702. This also brings Malaysia to a recovery case percentage of 96.44 percent.

There are currently 2 cases being treated in the ICU, with 0 cases on ventilation support.

The total number of deaths from the coronavirus stays the same at a total of 125.
