
HyperX expanded its family of RGB gaming peripherals with the introduction of HyperX Cloud Flight Headset, HyperX Alloy Elite RGB Mechanical Keyboard and HyperX Pulsefire Surge RGB Mouse.
HyperX Cloud Flight Wireless Headset
The HyperX Cloud Flight wireless headset boasts battery life up to 30 hours, the longest battery life available in the gaming market today. Sporting a closed cup design with 90° rotating ear cups, Cloud Flight comes with 50mm drivers, broadcasting at 2.4 GHz. The headset is TeamSpeak and Discord certified and includes a detachable noise-cancelling microphone. Made for PC, PS4 and PS4 Pro, the headset also comes with built-in controls to adjust LED effects, mic mute, power, and volume and supports a three-pole analogue audio connection.
HyperX Alloy Elite RGB Mechanical Keyboard
The HyperX Alloy Elite RGB keyboard is a mechanical gaming keyboard with complete colour customisation with NGenuity software. The keyboard offers up to three custom lighting profiles that can be saved directly to the keyboard’s on-board memory. Built with a sturdy solid steel frame, dedicated media buttons, a pass-through USB 2.0 port, quick access lighting control, the keyboard is available in red, brown or blue Cherry MX key switches. The Alloy Elite RGB keyboard also features a comfortable, detachable wrist rest, and supplemental textured, titanium-coloured keycaps. Additional features include a Game Mode, N-Key Rollover, and anti-ghosting.
HyperX Pulsefire Surge RGB Mouse
The HyperX Pulsefire Surge RGB mouse features dynamic 360° RGB lighting effects and is designed with the Pixart 3389 sensor for accuracy and speed, with settings up to 16,000 DPI. Customisable native DPI settings allow gamers to monitor settings with an LED indicator. In addition, the mouse includes Omron switches with 50M click reliability. Pulsefire Surge is designed for accurate, fluid and responsive tracking, without acceleration. Using HyperX NGenuity software, gamers can assign personalised macro functions to the six programmable keys and store them in a macro library.
Besides peripherals, HyperX also introduced the HyperX Predator DDR4 RGB, the industry’s first memory modules featuring synchronised RGB lighting with IR (infrared) technology. With IR communication channels onto each memory module, HyperX Predator DDR4 RGB allows multiple modules to sync LED lighting and produce a colour and pattern display. Powered directly from the motherboard, this patent-pending technology provides an enhanced visual experience of RGB memory for gaming, overclocking PCs and DIY system builds.
The new suite of HyperX gaming gear will be available later this year in selective regions.
