BMW Motorrad’s Navigator VI Brings New Navigation Technology to Bikers

Starting March, BMW Motorrad’s Navigator VI will be available alongside the older version V. This new navigation system is made just for motorbikes and comes with loads of new features in the same form factor as its predecessor. Its 5″ display now benefits from a polarisation filter for enhanced readability, particularly in direct sunlight.

Internal storage has been increased from 8GB to 16GB and now offers the “Winding Roads” route for avoiding built-up areas when possible. You can even ask it to “Avoid main roads” or “Avoid motorways”. The “Natural Guidance” mode gives changes navigation instructions to be more precise about the surroundings.

The Navigator VI also has a “Music Streaming” feature which works with Bluetooth, allowing you to stream music from your smartphone. This is controlled entirely from the Navigator VI.
