Oozing elegance and exclusivity, Sennheiser opens its doors to its all-new flagship store in Suria KLCC, which promises a retail experience like no other. What makes the experience worthwhile is the Sennheiser HE 1, known as the world’s best headphones, which retail at €50,000 (approx. RM241,420).
Through the launch, the storefront is offering the largest offering of headphones, earphones, microphones and amplifiers for a wide range of consumers. While being the only Sennheiser store in Malaysia, it will also house the widest range of Sennheiser consumer and professional audio products.
The crown jewel of the store goes to the Sennheiser HE 1, which is an audio experience like no other. It’s known as the world’s most advanced headphone system, which features the best in audio engineering blended with a unique design through the use of Carrara marble from Italy.
One pair of headphones in particular that will be available at the store is the MOMENTUM HD 1 Pink Floyd Edition. Retailing at RM2,649, this unique pair commemorates the longstanding between Sennheiser and one of the best rock bands of all time. In conjunction with Pink Floyd’s “Their Mortal Remains” exhibition at the London Victoria and Albert Museum, this special pair of headphones features intricate detailing and references to Pink Floyd with its printed triangles on both ear caps with rainbow coating in the background. If that isn’t enough, Sennheiser also throws in rainbow-coloured stitching on the headband, a neat throwback to “The Dark Side of the Moon”, arguably Pink Floyd’s best album.
For electronic music enthusiasts, you can also pick up the Sennheiser HD 25 Robin Schulz Edition headphones, which retail at RM1,390. It features Robin Schulz’s engraved autograph on the ear cup while being specially tuned for audio addicts.
Another collection available in the store is the Dior Homme x Sennheiser Edition, a partnership that blends the best of French couture with top-of-the-line German audio engineering. This collection ranges in four exclusive bundles, ranging from RM5,300 to a whopping RM46,000. It features the reference class Sennheiser HD 800 S headphones, which pair up with the HDVD 800 headphones amplifier, the PXC 550 Wireless noise-cancelling wireless travel headset and the IE 800 ear-canal headphones, which features the unique Dior Homme style and finish.
To top it all off, the store also carries a wide range of future audio solutions for smart devices. This ranges from clip-on microphones to handheld mics, that ranges between RM969 to RM2,399. One product that will turn heads in the AMBEO SMART HEADSET, which features the Sennheiser AMBEO immersive 3D audio technology. This allows you to record soundbites at 360°, allowing you to listen to the playbacks in binaural audio recordings.
