Just when you thought Apple had wrapped up all possible product announcement for 2015. Now, Cuppertino has unveiled their latest product that no one would expect … a Smart Battery Case for the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S, which Apple had silently brought to their online stores . The case, which is priced at $99, adds an extra 1,877mAh of battery power to the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s, Apple says it extends the iPhone’s battery life to up to 18 hours of internet usage on LTE networks, up to 20 hours of video playback, and as much as 25 hours of increased talk time. The Smart Battery Case is charged via a standard Lightning port, meaning that it’s compatible with official docks and that users won’t have to carry around extra cables.
